Enterprise E-commerce Architecture

Stop losing sales to slow shared hosting.

We do not design e-shops — we engineer them. Ergofix rescues slow, poorly-built CS-Cart stores, migrates them onto an isolated performance cluster, and takes PHP off the hot path so pages load before your competitor’s spinner stops.

No sales pitch. You get measured findings — TTFB, PHP time, blocking scripts — and a migration plan.

Architecture & Solutions

The stack that carries the store, not the plugin that hopes to.

Every layer below is an engineered part of one system — not a bundle of add-ons fighting each other for the same request. This is what we migrate you onto.

  • 01 · Infrastructure

    The Ergofix Central Cluster

Escape shared hosting for good. We migrate your store onto an isolated, high-performance private cloud — dedicated CPU and memory, a tuned kernel, no noisy neighbours throttling your checkout at peak. Your storefront stops competing for resources and starts owning them.

  • 02 · Sales Automation

    Ergofix AI Salesman

An autonomous storefront agent that reads your entire catalogue through vector embeddings. It answers complex product questions in the customer’s own words, matches machines to compatible consumables, and issues targeted coupons on its own to close the sale — 24/7, with no one on the other end.

  • 03 · Performance

    Ergofix Rocket Cache

Full-page caching at the Nginx layer that serves the page before PHP ever wakes up — PHP is off the hot path entirely. Guests get near-instant TTFB; cart and account stay live through surgical AJAX refresh. Speed becomes a property of the architecture, not a plugin you hope holds under load.

  • 04 · Data

    Smart AI Importer

An algorithmic pricing and reasoning engine for supplier feeds. It ingests XML, CSV, JSON and marketplace catalogues, maps fields, applies your pricing rules, and reasons about anomalies before they reach the storefront — with a full rollback the moment a run goes wrong.

  • 05 · Integration

    ERP & Logistics Bridge

System-level, bi-directional sync between your storefront and your ERP. Orders, stock, pricing and invoices move once and find their own way through — myDATA included. Less manual re-keying, fewer mismatches, one source of truth instead of three spreadsheets.

  • 06 · Compliance

    Zero-Friction Consent

Cross-platform cookie consent that holds every non-essential tag until the visitor agrees — and does it without dragging down Core Web Vitals. Consent-gated script loading, an auto-blocker that runs before the tags do, and a declaration built from a real scan. Compliance a Lighthouse audit actually likes.

Performance & ROI

Engineering you can put a number on.

The figures below are filled from real, measured client results. Anything not yet measured shows as draft — we do not publish numbers we have not proven.

Cluster uptime
PENDING
Measured availability of the isolated cluster, reported per client, once a full observation window is complete.
Time to first byte
PENDING
Guest TTFB on a cached page, served from Nginx with PHP off the request path — measured on the migrated store, not a benchmark rig.
Automated sales & workflows
PENDING
Share of routine sales conversations and back-office workflows handled without a human, once the AI Salesman and ERP bridge are live.

The process

Three steps from technical debt to owned performance.

No months-long discovery theatre. We measure, we migrate, we keep tuning.

  1. 01

    Technical Audit

We measure what is actually costing you money: TTFB, PHP execution time, blocking third-party scripts, and the queries that stall your checkout. You get findings and numbers — not a pitch.

  2. 02

    Cluster Migration & Architecture Overhaul

We move you onto the Ergofix cluster, layer in Rocket Cache, and wire the AI Salesman and ERP bridge. Downtime is planned, rehearsed and minimal — and there is a way back at every step.

  3. 03

    Continuous AI Sales & Optimization

The AI Salesman and Smart Importer keep working after launch, and we keep tuning against what the numbers say — not against a launch-day screenshot.

Careers

Build the future of e-commerce architecture.

We are a small team that runs real infrastructure for real stores. If you would rather own a system than babysit a plugin, these are open.

Sales

B2B Enterprise Account Executive

Sell high-ticket e-commerce infrastructure — cluster migrations, performance overhauls and ROI-driven automation — to store owners who are done losing money to their hosting.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full B2B cycle, from first technical audit to signed migration.
  • Translate deep technical wins (TTFB, uptime, automation) into a clear business case and ROI.
  • Qualify and prioritise enterprise stores where a cluster migration genuinely pays for itself.
  • Work hand-in-hand with engineering so every promise made in the room is one we can build.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B or SaaS sales with a technical or infrastructure product.
  • Comfort talking hosting, performance and automation with a technical buyer.
  • Consultative, evidence-led selling — no overpromising a migration we cannot deliver.
  • Fluent Greek and English.

Support

E-commerce Systems Support Engineer

First- and second-line technical support for our B2B clients — keeping migrated stores fast, stable and correctly automated.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve client issues across CS-Cart, Nginx and the cluster.
  • Troubleshoot automated workflows — imports, ERP sync, caching, consent — and find root cause, not just symptoms.
  • Escalate cleanly to engineering with reproductions and evidence.
  • Turn recurring tickets into documentation and fixes so they stop recurring.

Requirements

  • Hands-on CS-Cart administration and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Nginx, PHP-FPM, caching and the LEMP stack.
  • Calm, methodical debugging under a client’s pressure.
  • Fluent Greek and English.

Engineering

AI & Automation Architect

Design and build the autonomous workflows behind Ergofix — the AI Salesman, the Smart Importer, and the ERP bridges that make them one system.

Responsibilities

  • Develop autonomous agents and workflows against real storefront and ERP data.
  • Connect and harden APIs between CS-Cart, the ERP and our internal services.
  • Improve the Smart Importer’s pricing and reasoning, and the reliability of the ERP bridge.
  • Measure, not guess — ship changes that the numbers back.

Requirements

  • Strong TypeScript and/or PHP, and comfort across the stack.
  • Experience with LLM-based agents, embeddings, or automation pipelines.
  • API integration and data-modelling instincts; you think in systems, not scripts.
  • Fluent English; Greek a strong plus.

Your store is losing money on every slow page. Let’s measure it.

A technical audit costs you nothing but an hour. You walk away with numbers on what your current hosting is really costing you — and exactly what to do about it.
